Shipping policy
As we work in collaboration with our global partners, processing and shipping times may vary. We strive to provide you with your order as soon as possible and we only work with reliable and efficient partners. All orders are processed by us within 2 days at the latest and by our partners usually within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification email when your order has shipped. Once the order has shipped, delivery time depends on the shipping location and your country of residence.
Domestic and International Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Due to increased shipping costs charged by our suppliers, our basic shipping rates are GBP 19.95 worldwide flat rate and GBP 9.95 for the UK, US & European Union. Free shipping for orders over GBP 300. However, shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout and may vary depending on your location, the location of our supplier, weight of package, etc. For selected products, they are calculated directly by our suppliers. If you order multiple products, we may not be able to offer combined postage as they may be shipped from different locations. Indeed, as our orders may be shipped from various locations worldwide, delivery times may be shorter for EK, US and Europe than what shown in the table below, as we have suppliers already based in these countries. Please rest assured that no hidden charges apply and shipping costs are always fully displayed at checkout.

Depending on the shipping location and your country of residence, orders are normally received within 20 days at the latest. We always strive to keep you updated on your order and you will be advised on delivery times as soon as possible, at the latest at the time of shipping.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Vampire Art Ltd is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@vampire-art.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
For partner products, we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. In order to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
However, please note that most of Vampire Art's products are produced on demand and thus we cannot accept return as they are considered as custom products. However, in the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@vampire-art.com and we will find a solution or issue a refund, as applicable.
